Welcome to "The JEZO Journal", where you can find things from cooking to dogs to horses to gardening to d.i.y to cleaning to event planning to relationships, it just never ends. I want to include you in the JEZO lifestyle which is very interesting-maybe even strange-but maybe together we can learn a thing or two.
Firstly, A little bit about me, JEZO.
My name isn't actually JEZO - kind of obvious - it is Jessica Oelschlagel.
I am from the small town of Harriston Ontario and LOVE animals. I have had horses, dogs, cats, cows, sheep, pigs, goats, lizards, snakes, guinea pigs, rats, chinchillas, rabbits, fish, frogs, bugs, you name it. Be ready for lots of animals posts and pet tips that have worked for me.
Recently I have also been into cooking, I have never had an interest in cooking before, but I have been in the
food industry my entire life. My family owns a provincial slaughter house/butcher shop, so expect LOTS of meat recipes. Recently I have grown a love for cooking and I would like to say that I do fairly well at it, but I am no Betty Crocker.
However, be aware I am a much better cook than baker.
I also love event planning and d.i.y projects, so I will post those en-devours regularly also. Home decor and landscaping are my specialties!
Another point that I will most likely talk about is relationships.
Tips that I use in my relationships and lots of fun dates ideas, suggestions and thoughts.
Lastly, a huge part of my life is my relationship with God. He is in every aspect of my life and I want to show you how I include Him. My views my not be the typical things you hear from Christians, but I want to show you what I think about when it comes to my relationship with God. I never want to bombard you with religion so it will be simple and to the point. I believe that every belief is beautiful, I do not want to be a persuader, but an example setter.
I hope everyone will enjoy what gets posted and that my strange life can help to make yours a little strange also.
